Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, and other debris from surfaces - Prepare surfaces for painting or refinishing by sandblasting - Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment - Maintain and clean sandblasting equipment - Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively - Ensure quality control by inspecting surfaces before and after sandblasting - Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a sandblaster or in a similar role is preferred - Ability to maintain and operate power tools safely - Understanding of color theory for surface preparation and finishing - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
